Medication Reviews
In order to maximise the effect of treatment(s) prescribed, a patient's active medication should be reviewed on a regular basis. A medication review can be carried out either with or without the patient present.
To view the details of a due or overdue Medication Review from the patient record either:
- From Search the patient record
, enter 'med review' and select Medication Review record entries from the search results:
- From the patient record, select Menu
- Clinical Record Browser and scroll through the records returned to locate the Medication review required:
